On Friday 28th September Stuart Smith, a doctoral student on the Pal Lab team, gave a presentation to the Association of Neurophysiological Scientists at their conference in central London. The presentation was entitled Rolandic epilepsy in seizure remission: Calm after the storm? The presentation provided an interim report on some of the findings discovered in his PhD. This included evidence on neuroimaging changes, EEG changes and possible cognitive problems for adolescents with Rolandic epilepsy in seizure remission.
